The tension that exists between beauty and accident are the main poles of this object. As a restriction, I am using a collection of leftover materials from ongoing projects. The aim is to sense forms in a time-lapsed and intuitive procedure. By doing so, the factors color, light, contours, patterns as well as the conditions of the material and technology get involved. The aim of the new combinations of forms is to find an unexpected shape that could not be predicted from the base material. The focus of attention lies on aspects such as the balance of form, lighting and interplay of colors. The potential of surprise becomes evident. The productivity of the experiment is enhanced by the reduction of intentionality and the trust in an intuitive observation of an emerging composition.
